Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Aya Tech Ltd collects, why, and what you can do about it. Aya Tech Ltd is the data controller.

What is collected

• If you email me. Your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message.
• If you book a call. Your name, email address, and your answer to the question on the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly, and a calendar invitation is created in Google Workspace.
• If you simply visit. Aggregated, anonymous page statistics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. Individual visitors are not identified.

Why

To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and to prepare and deliver work if we go ahead. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once an engagement begins.

Who else sees it

Only the services used to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for email and calendar, and Cloudflare for hosting. Your data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train anything.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for six years, as UK company and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email nebil@ayatech.co.uk and you will get a response within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Fonts

This site currently loads a webfont from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads. No other data is shared with them.
